Clerical Jobs





There are many different fields that include a clerical job, but the main purpose of the position is the same, that is, to give administrative support in an office. Clerical jobs include responsibilities such as making and answering phone calls, taking and passing messages, checking files important information required and to distribute information as well.
Maintain filing systems and compiling info, and managing info (fax, scan, and photocopy) as well as typing documents, are some of the many functions a clerical position involve. It is important for whoever applies for this job to have medium-level knowledge of relevant software, and to have a deep knowledge of internet and its uses, numeracy skills are also required for the position as well as typing skills.

A high-school diploma or an equivalent is a basic requirement for the position, together with management procedure/system knowledge. Skills to give priority to tasks, planning, organizing and managing data are basic skills that will always be required from candidates for the job. Many other interpersonal skills are considered, such as communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
